Employment in the modern era through understanding business social networks

The importance of research on the impact social networks employment is an increasingly current topic for at global level. LinkedIn present by companies, businesses offering jobs as well people looking a business opportunity. aim was to determine extent which network has in Republic Serbia and investigate attitudes users this network. survey conducted from January March 2022 sample 244 respondents, SPSS software used, 26.00, obtained data were analyzed descriptive statistics. To structure questionnaire percentage variance, exploratory factor analysis performed together with higher order analysis, obtain desired number factors. authors used multiple regression confirm significance predictors. results indicate that greatest predicting use Linkedin when hiring workers their feelings using work reflected recognition better recruit professionals.
